This privacy policy tells you about the information we collect from you when you use our website. In collecting this information, we are acting as a data controller and, by law, we are required to provide you with information about us, about why and how we use your data, and about the rights you have over your data.

We are not required to have a data protection officer, so any enquiries about our use of your personal data should be addressed to the contact details above.
We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our website visitors; this policy sets out how we will treat your personal information.
When you submit an enquiry via our website
When you submit an enquiry via our website, we ask you for your name, contact telephone number and email address.
We use this information to respond to your query, including providing you with any requested information about our products and services. We may also email you several times after your enquiry in order to follow up on your interest and ensure that we have answered your it to your satisfaction. We will do this based on our legitimate interest in providing accurate information prior to a sale.
Your enquiry is stored and processed into our CRM System which is managed in our office in Harrogate, the CRM system is only accessed by Rocatex employees only.
We do not use the information you provide to make any automated decisions that might affect you.
We keep enquiry emails for two years, after which they are securely archived and kept for seven years, when we delete them. CRM records are kept for three years after the last contact with you.

(3) Cookies in use on this website
We comply to new EU Directive on privacy, the key provisions of this laws are set out below with a list of the cookies used on this website.
In an amendment to Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC (the Privacy and Electronic Communication Directive, which the Regulations referred to above implement), Directive 2009/136/EC provides: "Member States shall ensure that the storing of information, or the gaining of access to information already stored, in the terminal equipment of a subscriber or user is only allowed on condition that the subscriber or user concerned has given his or her consent, having been provided with clear and comprehensive information, in accordance with Directive 95/46/EC, inter alia, about the purposes of the processing. Chats and Tickets are encrypted over 128 bit SSL and stay on our servers indefinitely until deletion.

Where you submit personal information for publication on our website, we will publish and otherwise use that information in accordance with the licence you grant to us. We will not without your express consent provide your personal information to any third parties for the purpose of direct marketing.
All our website financial transactions are handled through our payment services provider, Secure Hosting. You can review the Secure Hosting privacy policy at www.securehosting.com. We will share information with. Secure Hosting only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing payments you make via our website and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments.

We may disclose information about you to any of our employees, officers, agents, suppliers or subcontractors insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes as set out in this privacy policy.
In addition, we may disclose your personal information:

Information that we collect may be stored and processed in and transferred between any of the countries in which we operate in order to enable us to use the information in accordance with this privacy policy.
Information which you provide may be transferred to countries (including the United States, Australia, Hong Kong) which do not have data protection laws equivalent to those in force in the European Economic Area. We will update the version number and date of this document each time it is changed.

You may instruct us to provide you with any personal information we hold about you. Provision of such information will be subject to:
• (a) the supply of appropriate evidence of your identity (for this purpose, we will usually accept a photocopy of your passport certified by a solicitor or bank plus an original copy of a utility bill showing your current address).
We may withhold such personal information to the extent permitted by law.
You may instruct us not to process your personal information for marketing purposes, by sending an email to us. In practice, you will usually either expressly agree in advance to our use of your personal information for marketing purposes, or we will provide you with an opportunity to opt-out of the use of your personal information for marketing purposes.
